Riddle Me This...

Who are "They"?

"They" say in your third trimester that you should rest up....sleep as much as you can...because all of that will be over once the baby finally arrives.

I just want to know if "they" were ever pregnant?!?

I am doing my darnedest to sleep as much as I can....HOWEVER...it is quite difficult when she has run out of room and is sticking her bottom a mile out of my side...head butting my bladder, making me get up EVERY 20 minutes to go to the bathroom (day and night)...poking my hip bone and ribs all at the same time...and playing with my emotions by contracting one day and not contracting at all the next!

So I ask...who are "they" and were "they" ever pregnant?

My Husband

There is nothing sexier than watching my husband doing something for his family. Whether that is working long, hard hours to provide for us....carrying my purse through Williamsburg, VA, because it is throwing off my waddle...or setting up the nursery for our precious baby girl. I am so blessed to be able to call Ross my husband! As cheesy as it sounds...he completes me! The Lord knew exactly what I needed when He made Ross.

Ross works extremely hard. He does not complain. He is so handsome, and I could get lost in his blue eyes forever. He has an hilarious sense of humor...he makes me laugh so hard, at one point, I thought my water might break! He is great at his job. He can think on his feet and react fast, which is why he is going to make an amazing doctor! He is my spiritual leader...and I love knowing that he is praying for me and his baby girl.

Baby, I love you! I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives making memories together!

July 4th, 2010! It's always a great time when my family gets together! The boys were so brave...not afraid of the fireworks at all! I was so proud of them!

Aha! Moments

Ross and I have been married for almost 3 years! For those 3 years, we have lived in a ONE bedroom/ONE bathroom apartment. I have loved our apartment and have made such great memories living there. However, we pretty much outgrew our apartment the first day we moved in! Between the "stuff" we had, and the "stuff" we bought, we have pretty much been living in a storage unit! But above all else, the problem does not lie with the "stuff." It is much bigger than that. It's the ONE BATHROOM! (which equals ONE TOILET!) It never fails that when one person sits down, the other is not that far behind...and it's always an emergency!!

The "Aha" Moment!

We are in the process of moving to Tulsa. We have rented a new apartment and are falling in love with it! Yesterday, we decided to take a load of boxes to the new place to help get the moving process started. I thought long and hard and decided to pack a roll of toilet paper. (You know how pregnant women are...) When we got to the apartment, I was in dire need of a restroom...and guess what?...so was Ross! We realized we had made it when we were yelling across the apartment to each other...cheering and clapping....that both of us were on the toilet (2 separate ones) at the same time! At that moment we realized we had made it! We were "movin' on up"!

Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom apartment is very nice! I can't wait to get it decorated...and I will definitely post pictures!
